• All academy players will complete the warm-up session together
• After the warm-up session the players will be split into 3 even groups (depending on numbers and age brackets)
• There are 3 age appropriate sessions available (depending on numbers attending)
• Small sided games will take place once the 3 sessions are completed

• Warm-up Session: Flush The Toilet (10 mins)
• Session A: Ball in the Hole (10 mins)
• Session B: Plyo's & Shooting (10 mins)
• Session C: 1v1s (10 mins)
• Small Sided Games: For Academy Players at End of Training (10 mins)

• Our U7 players have been selected for their squads 
• Home match vs Cambridge 👏
• Away match vs Ballyowen Celtic👏
• Both squads are meeting @ 9:30, Kick-off @ 10:00 to 11:00! 
• Any player not in the squad can train as normal with Academy this week!!!

• Make sure the Academy players bring their bottle of water to the Astro, where they can leave it in the centre circle
• For the 2018’s playing home/away, please ensure that they bring plenty of water to their match.

• The weather is due to be warm and cloudy with a chance of rain
• With an expected temperature high of 16 degrees in Celbridge during our Academy sessions.
