IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL COACHES & VOLUNTEERS

It is extremely important that every person who steps onto the Astro pitch is either:
- A registered coach/volunteer, or
- A fully paid-up member of the club.
In addition, correct footwear must be worn at all times on the Astro.
For safety reasons and Insurance purposes we must now return to strict enforcement of our club rules and remain vigilant while on the Astro.

Pitch & Gate Responsibility
- Gates must be closed once the final player and/or referee has entered the pitch.
- The responsibility for ensuring gates are closed before kick-off lies with the coaching staff.
Authorised Personnel Only
- No non-paying members are permitted on the pitch.
- No individuals who are not Garda Vetted and Safeguarding compliant are permitted on the pitch during training sessions or matches.
An incident occurred at an away fixture last weekend which we are determined to avoid within our club. The responsibility lies with each and every one of us to uphold these standards.
If a committee member asks someone to leave the pitch because they do not meet the above criteria, please understand they are simply enforcing club policy. They are carrying out the rules that we should all be adhering to.
Dogs on Club Grounds
Despite repeated reminders and signage, dogs are still being brought onto club grounds.
Dogs are strictly prohibited at the club at all times, with the exception of registered service dogs.
Please communicate this clearly with anyone not on Clubzap.
