Set a realistic price on your items.

Be prepared to haggle on prices but don’t sell anything for a price you are not  comfortable with.

Ensure the items are presentable and in working order (Give your items a clean and make them attractive to the buyer).

If you are selling electronics, have batteries to hand (for demonstration purposes only).
Bring carrier bags, most people will expect you to provide a bag.

Have lots of change with you, the venue will not be in a position to give you change if needed.

Ensure that you have your money on your person at all times and do not leave your stock unattended (two people are better than one in this situation).

Presentation is key, your own appearance and that of your stall can be the difference between making a sale or not.

Engage with passers by, they like to take a walk about and then come back to you, so it’s good to chat.

The club is not responsible for your rubbish or for any stock you didn’t sell.

Please ensure that you clean up after yourself and leave the area as you found it.

Sellers please arrive at 7am to set up
